Position Description
Report to: Institutional Banking Director

Principal Activities

Manage the growth of cost-effective, long-term liability business with respectable businesses and organizations professionally and proactively to secure the Bank's maximum profitability.
Determine your target industries, create a target pipeline, and actively sell to them to get new, profitable status clients.
By making sure the efficient call program is maintained on all allocated and potential clients, manage critical customer connections through routine interactions and visits.
Uphold strict professional standards and make every effort to offer customers high-caliber services at fair prices.
Develop a positive relationship with institutional clients so that they choose the Bank for their investment needs.
Keep an eye out for and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities that align the bank's goods with those of the customers.
Build trusting, profitable relationships with your target market's consumers.
Maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliance in all interactions with current and potential clients.

information and expertise

degree from a university in economics or business administration and related professional credentials in banking, finance, or marketing
two years minimum of relevant experience in a comparable job.
knowledge of new, developing technology systems and computer literacy
broad understanding of banking operations and practical experience with products and services for cash management.
the capacity to successfully promote and sell institutional and associated bank products, increase market share, and target
market and acquire data on market intelligence.
the capacity to determine client demands and create products that satisfy those needs
