Position Description

  • HSEQ: All employees, contractors, and customers must adhere to TotalEnergies' HSE norms and standards, as well as the "Golden Rules."
  • completing a thorough review of training requirements and updating the LIZZY and ANAEL systems.
  • Create the annual training program for all employees, and make sure it has departmental approval.
  • Managing Director and heads with relation to financial resources
  • In accordance with TEMTL and the company's training policy, identify and choose internal and external training providers, resources, and consultants.
  • monitoring training sessions to make sure the program achieves its goals
  • conducting training evaluations and receiving comments in accordance with the goals established
  • Ensures efficient use of the company tools when evaluating the effectiveness of the training schedule for the immediate and post-training evaluations.
  • creation of training reports for the LIZZY system's training monitoring.
  • arranging Career Management interviews in accordance with budgets
  • Implementer of one MAESTRO system standard for training and competencies—element 6.
  • ensuring that the development and training strategies address the identified skill gaps
  • Program for partnering with universities, Champions TEMTL
  • The Young Graduate Trainee program is coordinated from recruitment to deployment.
  • conducting staff motivating lectures and business areas, as well as facilitating an internal training program on change management in collaboration with Talent Developers and HRAM.
  • Diversity and inclusion: Offer and put into practice advice and guidance on equality, diversity, and inclusion while making reference to pertinent legislation and collaborating with all important stakeholders.
  • playing any other role that the HRAM assigns.

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources
  • knowledge of learning and development methods
  • Ability to deal with HRIS and has analytical abilities
  • interpersonal and communication abilities
  • 2-4 years of relevant job experience in HR or related fields
