ICAP at Columbia University, a leader in global health located within the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University in New York City, is looking for highly qualified individuals to fill the position of Field Implementation Manager (FIM) (1 position), which will be based in Mwanza, Tanzania.
All of ICAP's community and facility operations in the area are implemented under the direction of the Field Implementation Manager (FIM). He or she is in charge of overseeing the ICAP District Program Leads and is accountable for the overall regional program implementation performance. In order to provide technical leadership and oversight, the FIM collaborates with the district teams. This includes overseeing key program priorities like implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Together with the Council Health Management Team, the FIM will be accountable for guaranteeing fidelity in the performance of tasks under district-level sub/service agreements (CHMT). In order to ensure effective engagement with the relevant council-level authorities and stakeholders, the FIM will also work closely with the district heads.
