Princess Leisure (Tanzania) Limited is seeking individuals that are young, talented, dependable, committed, and motivated to join our team as:

Position Description

DEALERS' RESPONSIBILITIES

1.To oversee a variety of table games, such as blackjack, craps, keno, poker, roulette, and others, while helping players with their needs.

2.Assign cars, dice, chips, and other items to customers in accordance with the table game, and check returned items for any tampering.

3. Inform participants about the game's rules and keep an eye out for appropriate table behavior.

4.While the game is being played, communicate with the floor supervisor to express your worries and information as well as any misconduct or unusual behavior.

5.Direct winning customers to the cashier for payout at the conclusion of the gaming session after exchanging money for chips and collecting chips for losing bets.

6.Watch game play and tempo while preserving a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.

7.Finish up the area for the next dealer and complete any end-of-shift reports, bookkeeping, or other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

8. Maintain an accurate record of the wager amount, collect lost wagers, and correctly compensate winners.

9. Create a pleasant and entertaining environment by politely attending to players' needs.

10.For efficient operations, abide by corporate policies as well as federal and state requirements.

11. Carry out technical and practical gaming tasks in accordance with the casino management's guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Three years of experience or more.

2. You must speak English.

3. Women are encouraged to apply.

Age: not older than 35 years.
