You will immediately answer to the Sales Manager-Tanzania as a Sales Specialist for Power Grid's Marketing & Sales Business Unit.

You have obligations

Profit and volume:

Focusing on volume, mix, and profitability goals for designated Business Units/Product Groups, sells goods and services to clients.

Client relationships:

Effective customer connections are built and maintained in order to comprehend customer needs, encourage customer understanding of the whole range of products, systems, and services, and align to give a solution. guarantees a satisfying customer experience all the way through the sales process.

Planned sales:

employs company resources to create sales programs. performs routine status reviews and, in the event of anticipated order deficits, suggests recovery plan(s).

Sales:

utilizes efficient sales tactics to produce added value for the client and Hitachi Energy and to guarantee the accomplishment of agreements, contracts, and proposals.
provides information in a manner consistent with Hitachi Energy's product and approach (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).

Marketing:

ensures effective marketing initiatives and consumer value proposition.
New market opportunities: -Identifies and promotes the growth of new market opportunities in the target market while ensuring cross-collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Administration:

Manages administrative processes in sales processes and, if appropriate, provides assistance with collection and project management tasks.

Prepare your offer:

In collaboration with the department of bids and proposals and/or the marketing manager, prepares offers. ensures that offers' technical and financial components, such as their prices and trading conditions, are adequate.

your history

Electrical or electronic engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, business growth, and client relationship building in Tanzania's utility industry
Power Grid projects and products have a proven track record of sales.
thorough knowledge of the target country's market and operating environment
It is advantageous to have expertise working with cross-country teams in the Power Grids business areas.
