Position: Lodge/ Camp Manager
Duty Station: In Tanzania National Parks
Qualification & Experience
- Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in lodge/ Camp will be preferred.
- Age between 20-50 Years

Job Description
- Plan, implement and manage overall lodge/ camp daily operations
- Conduct lodge/camp budgeting and financial planning
- Plan and organize lodge/ camp activities to drive sales
- Manage and monitor lodge / camp expenses
- Manage and track lodge/ camp inventory
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns with marketing teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with visitors and clients
