Tiva Insurance Tanzania Ltd. is headquartered at Millennium Towers II, 18th Floor-Makumbusho, New Bagamoyo Road, Kinondoni district, Dar es Salaam region. Tiva is looking for youths to participate in the Tiva Business Technologies Deployment Project for healthcare facilities and other related projects.

Sales Representative Jobs

• Duty station: Countrywide Dar es Salaam, Tabora, Dodoma, Iringa, Mbeya, Ruvuma, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Mara, Geita, Kagera, Mwanza, Shinyanga, Morogoro, Pwani and Tanga.
• Employment type: Service Contract

Job Summary

• Market/ sale, install, configure and support Tiva business applications either over the phone, online or onsite.

Job Description

i. Deploying Tiva Application Platforms and after-sales support

ii. Deliver End User training for numerous hardware and Tiva Systems to clients.

iii. Install, configure, customize, troubleshooting and maintenance of Tiva system and infrastructure components:

Required Skills and Competencies

i. Sales and marketing skills

ii. Presentation skills

iii. Training skills on various computer applications and hardware

iv. Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

v. Social and digital communication skills i.e. email, sms, social media and cold calls.

Qualifications and Experience

(i). Below 30 years

(ii). Certificate or Diploma in information and communication technology (ICT), Computer Engineering and Maintenance, Certification on hardware maintenance and software from any recognized college, institute or university; or any IT-related qualifications with a good background of sales and marketing

(iii). Certificate or Diploma in sales and marketing from any recognized college, institute or university with a good background of IT

(iv). Diploma in Health Information Management Systems with a good background of IT and Sales and Marketing
