The Hotel is located 65km from Bukoba central business town. We offer accommodation to all kind of customers including Corporate and Leisure customers, Meals, drinks/ Refreshments, & workshop/seminar facilities.
Job Summary
- Assistant Manager will be responsible to assist the Manager/Director running day to day Hotel operations. He will supervise all subordinates to ensure the daily routine works are efficiently carried out. The incumbent will also deputize the Hotel Manager in case of his/her absence for whatever reason.
Qualifications
- A holder of a Diploma in Hotel Management or a Diploma in any field but with commendable experience
- The applicant should be a FEMALE below 28 years
- Ability to communicate in English (Both written & spoken English)
- Attention to details and self-motivation
- Ability to priotize, plan and organise work in busy environment
- Ability to use Microsoft office & emails
- Interactive team player with ability to work efficiently and customer service oriented
- Excellent sales skills
- Networking capability
- Customer service oriented and a honest individual.
