JOB TITTLE: IT-SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
- Installation and configuration of new hardware devices including switch, router, firewall and storage devices.
- Troubleshooting & resolving problems related to IT services.
- Providing IT solutions to the business team based on market requirements.
- Provide and test backup and disaster recovery processes and procedures.
- Work with vendors in the research, development and implementation of new IT technologies.
- Work with vendors in the process of troubleshooting escalated incidents.
- Providing technical support to all branches over the country on the network troubleshooting and installation of new software and network devices.
- Manage network and storage.
- Ensure availability of services and its performance.
- Provide support to business unit regarding reports other related issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
