Job Details
- Preparing of itineraries and cost, deals with all enquries from the biggining until confirmed or lost as well as once clients arrived deals with briefing and debriefings.
- Ensuring up keeping and daily updating of all the relevant information i.e. client’s allergies, picking time and landing off to the airport also dealing with last minutes changes.
- Keeping management informed by submitting weekly work plans, sending weekly sells report and monthly.
- Doing sales reseach through our competitors and use the data to improve our safari sales.
- Representing the Company in various Safaris and tour exhibition and participating in safaries related events with the aim of maintaining our brand.
- Performing other duties as it will be assigned by the management.
