• We are opening a new Sports Bar and International Restaurant at Mlimani and have the following job vacancies below...

Assistant Chef : 2 positions

• Requirements : Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Education: Form 4 minimum education – Certificate Course in Hospitality and Food Production
• Experience: Minimum 3 years prior experience working at a known Restaurant or Hotel in Kitchen and Food production. Exposure to International Cuisines is required
• Personality: Team Player / Well presentable / Willing to work long hours / open to learning new techniques

Waitresses : 5 positions

• Requirements : Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Education : Form 4 minimum education – Certificate Course in Hospitality is preferred
• Experience : Minimum 2 years prior experience working at a known Restaurant or Hotel
• Personality : Good Looking with pleasant outlook. Team Player / Well presentable / Willing to work long hours.

Cleaners and Kitchen Assistants : 3 positions

Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum 2 years prior experience working at a known Restaurant or Hotel with experience in assisting the Food production team – ensuring the kitchen and the restaurant are maintained to highest hygiene standards.
• Personality : Well presentable / Willing to work long hours.

Hostess : 2 positions

Requirements :

• Fluent in English and Kiswahili – good looking with background in modeling or fashion industry

Responsibility:

• Meet and Greet Guests. Accompany to the table and introduce the server and the menu. 
• Take care of any special requests and needs of client. 
• Keep an eye on the service levels being provided to the clients and aim to make the overall experience of the guest, a memorable one

Education:

• Form 4 minimum education – Certificate Course in Hospitality is preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years prior experience working at a known Restaurant / Hotel / club / casino
• Personality: Good Looking with pleasant outlook. Team Player / Well presentable / Willing to work long hours.
