Job Purpose:
- The business Development Officers will need to be hardworking and hungry to build and maintain a strong relationship with restaurants and propose new business ideas to improve revenue. Our ideal candidates will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build a strong connection with our company and the restaurants. Highly skilled at sales and business operations.
Responsibilities:
-To reach and maintain a healthy and stable relationship with merchants
-Look for affordable and great testing restaurants to sign onto our platform
-Negotiate terms and conditions with merchants
-Daily check-ups with merchants by visiting them and random check-ups
Requirements:
-All candidates should be resides in Dar es Salaam.
-A Diploma/ bachelor degree in Business related studies or any field of study coupled with some years in sales and marketing
-Sales experience at two (2) year in field sales
-Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Swahili)
-Proficiency with computer and smartphone usage
-Great negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Team player
