Duties

Build, train l, Manage and motivate the team of distributors across rural areas to deliver.
Ensure the sales growth and control the level attrition
Preapare and updating regular report for Field activitities for decision making and bussiness improvement
Attend clients complains propose immediate ways to resolve
Mantain organisation properties and reputations among her clients.

Minimum Diploma education in any related field. (Sales and marketing is prefered)
Results focused person
At least one years experience in direct sales and managing teams.
Good communicators
Willing for field travel for 60% of his/ her job
Mult tasker
Able to work under tights deadlines.
Able to use Ms officce prefered google suite.
Females candidate are encouraged to apply.
Preferd candidates that lives in Dodoma.
