KASPA Technologies ltd is a supplier of office and security equipment. We also do sourcing and importing. The office is looking for a competent candidate to fill the position of sales and marketing officers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Find ways to sell products to meet target negotiated
Recruit and trains other sales people in the art of selling
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise product awareness
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Prepare content for the publication of marketing material
To ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by
management
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports regarding sales and marketing

Sales and Marketing Officer Job Opportunities at KASPA Technologies Tanzania

QUALIFICATIONS:-

Advanced Secondary School Education (Form Six) with diploma in marketing, sales or related field
Strong communication and networking skills
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
A team player with a customer-oriented approach
Strong digital marketing skills
Creativity and commercial awareness
Proficiency with computer programs, such as word, excel and PowerPoint
Proven 1year experiences as marketing officer, sales officer or similar role
Must have a valid car driving license (compulsory)
Age must be below 30yrs
