We’re on the lookout for a Market Development Representative in Tanzania who will ensure brand presence through relationship building at Trader Outlets, inclusive of trader education. Further, to ensure order collection and product delivery to customers.

Please note, this position is a a contract role for 6-9 months.

• As a Market Development Representative you will be responsible for:
• Execution of Promotional Activity – Ensure promotional activities are implemented, maintained and reported on
• Call Cycle Support- Identify call cycles and ensure implementation thereof
• Driving customer service and satisfaction
• Communicate and upkeep knowledge of promotions /product knowledge to provide advice on use of products

What are we looking for?

• To qualify for this role, you should have:
• 1 – 2 years telecommunications sales and marketing
• A completed diploma
• Customer Service Skills
• Time Management Skills
• Planning and Organising Skills
• Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Attention to detail
