FLIGHT OPERATIONS OFFICER (3 POSTS)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
- must possess a bachelor's degree of any kind.
- Must hold a TCAA Flight Operations/Flight Dispatcher's License or an equivalent certificate of flight operations or dispatch.
- Must possess English language proficiency in accordance with the TCAR's English language proficiency requirements.
- must be familiar with computers.
THE DUTY AND THE RESPONSIBILITY
- helping the PIC prepare for the flight and supplying the necessary information;
- help the PIC create the operational and ATS flight plans;
- providing the PIC with information that may be required for the safe conduct of the aircraft while in flight using the proper channels;
- beginning the appropriate Emergency Response Plan processes in the case of an emergency;
- ATS flight plan submission to the proper ATS unit;
- signing the operational and ATS flight plans, if appropriate;
- the Flight Release is prepared and signed;
- flight tracking of the aircraft.
- When activities deviate from those intended, actions must be coordinated with Space Control/Reservations and Duty/Foreman (MCC) with regard to aircraft status, schedule modifications, rerouting, and positioning for the entire network.
- briefing of the flight crew on NOTAMS, the weather flight plan, and any other issues that would be of interest to the crew.
- RTOW/RLW and Payload Calculation for Short Notice Flights. operational oversight over flights falling within his purview.
- the upkeep of a high standard of behavior and productivity in the operations control center, as well as the supervision of all flight operations assistants (if employed) during the shift.
- the Operations Control Center's effectiveness.
- Under supervision, work in the workshops, hangars, and line maintenance sections.
- help with the removal, assembly, and testing of aviation systems as well as the repair and installation of aircraft parts.

Aircraft Technician II - UPHOLSTERS Position (3 POSTS)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY:
- Holder of Form IV/VI Certificates and a Diploma with a Level III Fitter Mechanics Vocational Certificate with a focus in Upholstery Manufacturing, or an equivalent degree from a recognized university. The applicant must take a specialized course on sewing upholstery for airplane cabins.
EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES:
- According to the manufacturer's instructions, sew upholstery (fabric and leather) into new aircraft seat covers, carpets, cars, etc.
- supervision of all Flight Operations Assistants during the Shift (if applicable) and upholding a high standard of behaviour
- Make repairs to the upholstery.
- Perform the removal and installation of the carpets, seats, and other upholstered furniture in the cabin.
- Carry out any additional tasks that your supervisor may assign you.
AVONICS II Aircraft Technician Position (8 POSTS)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
- Possession of Form IV/VI Certificates in addition to a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering with Avionics Trades, a Diploma in Electrical, Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering, or equivalent credentials from reputable institutions
EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES:
- carry out little repairs while being supervised.
- Under supervision, assist in the workshops, hangar, and line maintenance divisions.
- help with the removal, assembly, and testing of aviation systems as well as the repair and installation of aircraft parts.
- Assist with the testing, overhauling, and calibration of tools and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- Carry out any additional tasks that your supervisor may assign you.
- Aircraft Technician II - Mechanical Position (10 POSTS)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
- Possesser of Form IV/VI Certificates in addition to a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering with Airframe and Power Plant Trades, or other comparable credentials from reputable universities.
EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES:
- carry out little repairs while being supervised.
- Under supervision, assist in the workshops, hangar, and line maintenance divisions.
- help with the removal, assembly, and testing of aviation systems as well as the repair and installation of aircraft parts.

FLIGHT OPERATIONS ASSISTANT II is the position (3 POSTS)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
- possessor of an advanced level secondary education certificate, particularly in the sciences or an equivalent.
- a Certificate of Flight Operations/Flight Dispatching, or an equivalent, is required.
- TCAA Flight Operations/Flight Dispatcher's License is required.
- Must possess English language proficiency in accordance with the TCAR's English language proficiency requirements.
- must be familiar with computers.
THE DUTY AND THE RESPONSIBILITY
- keeping track of personnel reporting for duty/not duty and crew duty time restrictions
- examining the contents of operational documents and ensuring that the proper documentation is carried on every flight
- helping to create the ATS flight plan
- assisting in the creation of NOTAM and flight-related meteorological report folders
- Getting a line maintenance report on an aircraft fault
- helping to create operational forms and voyage report forms
- supporting, educating, or helping the F00
- When the PIC is not being briefed by or assisted by F00
- provides advice in areas of expertise
- Carry out any other formal tasks that your manager may designate.

Aviation security assistant II position (2 POSTS)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
- Possession of an Advanced Secondary School Diploma or Certificate, preferably in Law, as well as training or certification in any of the following fields: Basic Military Training, Police, Militia, or its equivalent from authorized Institutions, or Aviation Security Screener
- An extra advantage would be training in security for mail and cargo, airport security supervisor, or security quality control.
THE DUTY AND THE RESPONSIBILITY
- Patrol the area, the buildings, and the premises.
- Guard personnel transporting valuables to and from the bank
- Keep current visitor records.
- Complete any additional formal tasks that your manager may designate.
Aircraft maintenance engineer II position (4 POSTS)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License (AMEL) holder without a type rating and a diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering. An added benefit is having a degree in aeronautics or another appropriate engineering subject from an accredited university.
EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES:
- help with the removal, assembly, and testing of aviation systems as well as the repair and installation of aircraft parts.
- Assist with the testing, overhauling, and calibration of tools and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- overseeing a certain area of aircraft technicians.
- Carry out any additional tasks that your supervisor may assign you.
Engineer II in planning and development (10 POSTS)
- A Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university is the minimum entry requirement, as well as understanding of aircraft systems or workshops.
EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES:
- aid in scheduling airplane checks based on inspection intervals and aircraft usage.
- helping to put together check packages for aviation maintenance
- aid in gathering and maintaining documentation on aircraft maintenance and component life.
- Help in the creation and distribution of the daily May Fly, which displays the location and details of the aircraft.
- Contribute to the creation and design of new structures, power sources, landing gear components, and systems.
