NOTE: Mbeya City Region Only Applicants

Responsibility:

• Take orders from clients at the counter.
• Receive payments and give consumers their change
• Make coffee, pack food, and fill beverage cups.
• Serve as the restaurant's host or hostess.
• Make customer reservations
• Obtain meal invoices from waitstaff or clients.
• Make an effort to please disgruntled or impatient clients, particularly during rush hour
• Control the register and all cash and credit card transactions.
• At the conclusion of the shift or working period, make sure the register is balanced
• Cashier at a restaurant at a resort (Applicants from Mbeya City Region Only)

Requirements

• Form six with experience in bookkeeping or an accounting certificate
• 1-2 Years of Hotel Account Management experience
