• In a market that is changing quickly, we need an experienced pharmaceutical marketing officer to plan, create, and manage all of our marketing initiatives. You must be aware with key laws, rules, and regulations in the pharmaceutical business in addition to having expertise of digital marketing, drug testing, and development.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with teams from sales and product development to create complete marketing campaigns that are successful and to hone the messaging for a variety of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing our company's marketing strategy, which focuses on promoting pharmaceutical items
• educating healthcare professionals about new items
• Creating strategic and tactical plans, including brand planning and strategy creation, to achieve marketing objectives
• assessing the success of promotional and advertising campaigns and making suggestions for improvement
• researching, examining industry trends and rivals, and transforming the raw information into thorough reports and useful insights
• evaluating and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of rival products and creating comparison measures

Babito Pharmacy's Pharmaceutical Marketing Officer - (Applicants from Mbeya City Region Only)

Requirements

• a marketing, business, or health sciences certificate or diploma (Medical Labs will highly be favoured)
• employment experience of one year, ideally with pharmaceutical items
• Working knowledge of the medical field and the pharmaceutical development process, as well as a comprehensive awareness of the marketing business operations
• a working knowledge of the healthcare system, markets, stakeholders, and competitive dynamics
• knowledge of the most recent trends and ideal procedures in the pharmaceutical industry
• Prioritization and project management abilities
• the capacity to finish projects on time and on budget
