Technical proficiency and experience:
• Monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning expertise (MEAL)
• Computer proficiency (e.g. analytical software, internet, Microsoft Office).
• Prior knowledge of mobile or electronic data collecting applications like KOBO Toolbox/Open Data Kit (ODK).
• Data management expertise and knowledge (i.e. data processing, analysis, presentation and reporting).
• Expertise and knowledge in the use of statistical programs like SPSS, STATA, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel for data processing.
• Outstanding flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interact with community members openly, retain confidentiality, and show respect while feeling at ease in a multi-cultural context.
Education:
• A university degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, or a related subject.
Languages: Fluency in English and Swahili is required; knowledge of Kiha/Kirundi is an asset.
