Accounting Assistant
Position Description
- Ensure that financial policies, practices, and controls are implemented.
- daily transaction posting and general ledger reconciliation to guarantee accurate transaction capture
- Assure prompt receipting, reconciliation, and banking of daily cash and check collections.
- Produce daily collection reports and issue receipts for all deposits.
- maintain the flow of petty cash
- daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- keeping track of and balancing client accounts
- Upkeep of the Fixed Asset Register, comprising asset recording, coding, and verification
- reconciling ledger accounts, POS transactions, mobile payments, and any system sales.
- any additional tasks that your supervisor may occasionally assign

Conditions -Essential
- a university degree in business, finance, or accounting
- two years of pertinent experience
- Good communication abilities
