 - Jubilee General Insurance Company of Tanzania Limited is currently accepting Sales Force Proposals from specific Jubilee General Insurance Registered Intermediaries for selling Jubilee General insurance products as a Sales Force Executive in accordance with Sales Force Executives (SFE) Guidelines of April 2022. The registration period is already underway and will go through October 15, 2022.

Significant Duties:
1. Establishing connections with new clients
2. Spread the word about the necessity of general insurance
3. Be able to bring in new business in the amount anticipated.
4. Be proactive in following up with potential clients to secure additional business and engage in cross-selling efforts.
5. Arrange client meetings and lead negotiations
6. Keep all business sources compliant with sales regulations 7. Deliver policy documents to clients by the deadline.
7. Maintain sufficient and pertinent records
8. Conducting a customer need analysis
9. Should be able to participate in recurring product training
10. Focus on the customer and uphold the company's values
11. Uphold the organization's values, vision, and mission throughout his or her employment with the company.
Competencies and Experience
I. Educational
Insurance-related degree, diploma, or COP (certificate of proficiency in insurance).
