Position Description
- Plan the load and the route in daily coordination with the drivers.
- Make ensuring that all drivers adhere to the management-defined on-road/drive time and rest time guidelines.
- Keep an eye out for drivers who are driving too fast, using their phones while driving, or accommodating passengers.

- To guarantee that drivers report to the loading and unloading supervisor on time, educate drivers on paperwork requirements and the reporting process.
- Check in with the on-route drivers to ensure that they are adhering to the management-defined TAT.
- In the event of an accident or problem, assist drivers.
- Make sure that no trucks report material or fuel losses, and if they do, provide a full report to the HR staff for immediate action.
- Quickly prepare the daily car report.
- Create a weekly drivers performance report, then review it with RM to determine the next course of action.
- Drivers should recruit new, experienced drivers to our team.
