Position Description
- Mwiba Holdings Limited is a well-known hospitality company with operations in the Arusha, Meatu-Simiyu, and Mara Regions and is a Tanzanian company formed under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 212) To join our team, we are presently hiring a general manager. The job's base of operations will be in Meatu, Tanzania.
- The general manager (GM) will be in charge of the group's accommodation and camp operations as well as its day-to-day DMC business. In keeping with the company's vision and goal, the GM will work to continuously improve the entire guest experience. The Managing Director is the GM's superior.
Education:
- a three-year diploma in hospitality management or a bachelor's degree.
- Strong financial knowledge would be beneficial.
- The group employs a variety of platforms, including Google Suite and the PMS, POS, Xero, and DMC, thus excellent computer skills are essential.
Knowledge and abilities:
- senior management expertise in bespoke high end luxury hospitality for ten (10) years.
- knowledge of isolated regions or safari operations.
- a track record of creating and maintaining fruitful collaborations.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- We would favor a candidate with extensive experience in food and beverage.
- a history of helping with camp migrations and logistical activities during safaris.
