Job Objective
- Accountable for delivering the East Africa Region's net profit financial performance, KPI deliverables, strategic management of the region, managing the local teams, MMI integration, as well as the partnerships with local partners.
Selection Standards
Graduate
- Experience in sales of at least 10 years, including 4 years in commercial middle management
- Ability to lead a business across several markets and a strategic thinker
- Ideally spanning wines, spirits, and beers, on Trade, Retail, and Event brand building and activation experience
- Show great commercial management acumen, financial prowess, and numerical proficiency.
- talents in analysis and problem-solving to assist managerial decisions
- Preferably qualifications in wine and spirits. (WSET) It is acceptable to sell wine in a five-star hotel setting.
- a dynamic leader who will motivate the group.
