Position Description

• In collaboration with the Institutional Banking team, the County Business Head is a senior management-level job tasked with achieving results through the administration of a team or department to raise money in the capital markets and offer customers strategic advice services. The main goal of this position is to make sure that our public and private clients receive investment strategies and advisory services in a smooth manner.

Responsibilities:

• Create a client-driven franchise expansion strategy, track it, and present a vision that responds to regional, global, and developing market trends.
• The provision of a comprehensive range of treasury and corporate finance solutions, such as cash management, trade, vendor finance, foreign exchange (FX), general credit, loans, debt capital markets, share repurchase, and interest rate and equity derivatives, as well as overall client relationship management
• Working closely with partners to make sure the Corporate Bank fulfills its role as being at the center of the Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory's (BCMA) relationship management strategy will help drive client planning, product agnostic cross selling, client access, and efficient capital allocation within the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) Coverage Banker proposition.
• Transform Citi's vision into a successful and efficient Corporate Bank business plan while proactively overcoming challenges and promoting a balanced approach to short- and long-term objectives.
• accountable for achieving financial targets and other objectives connected to the budget, risk mitigation, and credit allocation.
• Drive product innovation, differentiation, and market speed, and encourage cross-selling throughout the whole ICG platform.
• Work together with the investment banking team to develop and carry out episodic transactions. Collaborate with important parties, such as Risk and GCM, to allocate capital wisely, suitably, and in accordance with all Citi risk policies.
• Make sure customer interactions and suggested client solutions adhere to strict ethical standards and take into account predicted market changes in addition to corporate risk and return criteria.
• Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, showing particular regard for the company's reputation and protecting Citigroup, its clients, and its assets by ensuring adherence to the Policy, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and exercising sound moral judgment in regard to one's conduct, behavior, and business practices. In addition, effectively supervise the activity.

Qualifications:

• six to ten years of expertise
• A top-tier MBA or M.S. in economics, business, or financial engineering
• Preferably a senior credit officer
• extensive expertise in providing debt and capital management advice to clients
• demonstrated aptitude at juggling internal management and external customer demands demonstrated familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance problems (global and local)
• ability to generate momentum and an agenda across many products with a diverse demographic and competing agendas, as well as proven leadership skills
• intellectual command of the field, capacity to predict and guide the organization through future changes, and capacity to translate vision into workable plans
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical approach to make sure that scarce resources are used wisely
• consistently displaying precise and clear communication in both written and spoken form

Education:

• degree from a university or a similar level of experience
• desired master's degree
