The duties of the housekeeping manager include:

Supervisors, working toward complete team involvement and great guest service results
being able to help the hotel get high service ratings on our visitor surveys
By monitoring hotel events and activities, you can make sure there is clear communication and understanding with visitors and other departments.
Help operations leaders examine staffing and equipment requirements proactively.
Maintaining a high-energy, optimistic, and professional demeanor
creates a setting where the highest standards of quality service are established, and guarantees that they are put into practice through efficient hiring, training, development, promotion, and ongoing reinforcement
The facilitation of payroll, reports, projections, point-of-sale procedures, inventories, and budgeting are examples of administrative responsibilities.
carrying out daily walk-throughs in the operations divisions to guarantee complete adherence to Department of Health laws and Hyatt Corporate standards
works closely with department managers to support and manage the Operations divisions.

Qualifications

must be knowledgeable with computers in general
Candidates should be very imaginative, creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong hotel operations background and at least two years in a management or leadership position in housekeeping
Hotel operations prior experience is preferred.
Must be high-spirited, upbeat, enterprising, a motivating leader, a good communicator, a strong developer and trainer, and capable of giving exceptional customer service.
