In Arusha City, we are recruiting for the aforementioned position on behalf of our client.

Job Description:

• In addition to providing consultation for all types of Digital Printing, Flex Printing, UV Printing media, Embroidery, Promotional Materials, and Corporate Uniforms, as well as design development and support services, the Production Manager Position is charged with overseeing concept direction, development, and implementation of creative services, and solutions on behalf of the client. By coordinating resources, creating production schedules, managing shifting priorities, and implementing quality control, the position allocates, manages, and tracks all requested creative outputs in support of the client.
• By ensuring that all products meet the client's high standards for original and creative design, they manage, provide art direction, professional leadership, and technical expertise to a team of graphic/interactive designers, photographers, programmers, animators, and audio/video personnel, located on and offsite.
• The duties of this position include managing a significant amount of graphics, digital printing (Brochures and booklets), Flex Printing, UV Flat bed printing, Screen printing, Laser Engraving, Branding, Led Boards, Digital advertising Boards, Embroidery and Garments (All safari shirts, caps, Fleece jackets and Trousers, Promotional items (video, and photography and related tasks at any time, whether currently in production, in the early planning stages, or recently received for evaluation).
• These activities could have short turnaround times of a few hours or more involved ones with prolonged production schedules over the course of several months, such movies, animations, or interactive goods.
• This position necessitates strong project management abilities, experience leading teams of creative employees with a variety of talents, and expertise with programs like Adobe Creative Suite.

Job Responsibilities:

Project management duties would include:

• establishing trusting relationships with clients and coworkers to serve as the primary creative point of contact.
• evaluating and ranking each request for graphics, pictures, and videos in light of client requirements and workforce resources.
• making and keeping production schedules that reflect shifting project priorities, objectives, and deadlines
• Apply quality control by examining all produced visual materials to make sure that creative output complies with brand standards, guidelines, and client requirements.
• achieving agreement among many points of view and successfully converting ideas into prioritized, concrete tasks.
• working closely with members of the content team to guarantee that all printed and digital products accurately reflect the information that is currently available on a certain topic or topics.
• creating a supportive and effective work atmosphere, especially in high-stress circumstances, and achieving a balance between a sense of urgency and a calm, confident manner.
• By monitoring printing budgets and interacting directly with the Reliable Printing Office for all client orders, acts as the clients' printing liaison.
• guarantees that all goods are formatted correctly, gives direction from order submission through proofing, and the provision of finished goods.
• oversees and maintains all of the hardware, tools, and supplies used by the creative service team's devices and systems.

Education

• 5-7 years of relevant experience and a diploma or BA in Web-based Communications, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field

Skills

• Visual design, typography, and layout knowledge that is clear and strong, with a strong emphasis on developing technologies and digital platforms
