• Create and expand business banking offerings for both personal accounts and small- and medium-sized businesses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Deposits, assets to single clients, and small and medium businesses are all increased business prospects.
• expansion and preservation of the present commercial banking portfolio
• Strengthen your branch sales strategy.
• Increase customer retention and satisfaction.
• Reach the Branch's business goals for both personal and corporate banking.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make client profiles in preparation for cross-selling opportunities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

• or a comparable degree in banking or finance
• Professional Experience ACCA, AKIB, and CPA (k)
• A Master's Degree is Added Perk
• a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
