Overall Job Purpose

Prioritize managing POS movement and revenue collection.

2. Control lead generation for Wakala using a GPS tracking system

3. Control agency banking. reconciliation, commission, and suspense accounts

4. Control Agents Paper products, such as POS distribution and billboards for agents

5. Ensure that day-to-day agent activities, such as Floats, Account opening, card activation, etc., are managed effectively and efficiently.

6. Monitoring all branch network agents' recruiting, training, and supervision procedure

Position Description

• Accountability: 60% time split between sales and services and team leadership
• Ensuring that complaints and inquiries are resolved in accordance with SLA by monitoring of agency activity and transactions
• Develop value-added POS services to boost agent transactions and lead channel migration.
• assistance in creating custom cash management solutions on the agency platforms to satisfy each corporate entity's needs
• Support & analyze competitive dynamics, market dynamics, and market intelligence to put the agent business ahead of the pack with the right solutions.
• For smooth agent interactions, keep an eye on the systems' availability and dependability. Inform support personnel of downtime problems as soon as possible.
• Boost brand awareness through advertising and communication
• To ensure that agent banking commissions are paid on schedule, manage the agent compensation system.
• Accountability: Time allocation for compliance, governance, and controls is 20%.
• updates to agency operational risk assessment reports.
• Make that policies and procedures for providing services through agents are followed
• Agents are evaluated to determine their potential using a variety of criteria, including KYC processes, financial capability, business prospects, personality, community status, and additional standards that may occasionally be developed.
• Agent and bank staff education
• ensuring that agents adhere to both their contractual responsibilities to the bank and the BOT prudential rules.
• Discuss any significant processing concerns that are directly related to the product design or the distribution channels with the COO areas.

Business Continuity Accountability 10%

• Control the agent's POS device distribution and readiness.
• Address all POS problems that have an effect on POS operations while focusing on end-user fixes (not requiring IT attentions)
• Wherever there are new releases, manage POS Application updates issues and keep an eye on POS performance.
• Ensure that ALL POS have the most recent APK release within 14 days of the introduction of the new version.
• Conduct live demonstrations and user acceptance tests for all new releases.

Participate in team and personal growth 10%

• daily coaching and coordination of employees and agents to guarantee POS delivery goals
• Create lasting connections with the branch network and the POS supplier to guarantee that you are working together to get the most out of the agents that are connected to them.
• Share your expertise and experiences with the entire network staff.
• When necessary, give other team members cover.
• Together with the line manager, determine your annual performance goals.
• Participate in development programs and training to continue to boost your personal development.
