Senior Manager of Procurement and Administration

Basic Objective:
- To fully meet the operating needs of the Bank, develop and oversee the implementation of the procurement & administration policies and guidelines.
Primary obligations and duties:
- To guarantee that the Bank's procurement and administration activities are in line with the bank's overall strategic objectives, develop procurement and administration strategy as well as the operational plan.
- To help the units achieve their goals, exercise excellent leadership, planning, and resource management.
- Ensure that the procurement process is coordinated, including planning, the tendering process, evaluation, and
- selection, awarding, and contracting as per the established standards.
- Control the building and remodeling projects to increase effectiveness and guarantee the amenities
- meet government requirements for environmental, health, and security standards regulations;
- oversee the efficient operation of the office buildings' utilities, such as the water and electricity, and check for any faults are addressed to prevent operational downtime;
- Create policies and procedures for the working environment, occupational health, and safety, and see that they are followed;
- Ensure the procurement and administrative budget is prepared and monitored under your supervision. use that is effective;
- Directly communicate with the Public Procurement and Regulatory Authority regarding all issues pertaining to its jurisdiction;
- overseeing the Bank's fleet, vehicles, transportation planning, and vehicle scheduling
- vehicle upkeep and logging to make sure all vehicles are properly outfitted and maintained for use by employees;
- instruct the team on how to keep up with suppliers to offer the best performance/results in terms of pricing, service, and quality;
- oversee the creation of service level agreements as the Bank's criteria to guarantee the effectiveness of service delivery;
- regularly, quarterly, or annually review the procurement and administration reports and send them to management for decision-making;
- Every year, conduct a performance evaluation with the subordinate in accordance with the Performance Management principles and on time;
- Carry out any additional tasks that your immediate supervisor may designate.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educational Background and Technical/Functional Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, procurement and supply management, or a closely related discipline
- a certification or degree for professionals in procurement.
- Suitable Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years) 8 or more years' worth of experience in the procurement industry.
