Position Description

• An interesting opportunity is available in the logistics department at Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd. For the job of Warehouse Team Leader, based in Mbeya, we are seeking an exceptional person with the necessary qualifications in logistics. The Logistics Manager will be the candidate's immediate supervisor.

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities

• The warehouse team leader will be in control of the entire shift and be in charge of overseeing the entire stock taking procedure. The reported losses and breakages are managed and controlled to make sure they adhere to corporate requirements. On a daily basis, resolve crucial and technical issues brought up by the team and other stakeholders. Work with other Departments to coordinate warehouse operations. oversee the shift changeover process. Organize the shift workers' attendance. Give the team and the logistics manager daily comments on the team's performance, performance that falls short of expectations, and monthly performance. Make sure the 5S criterion is followed and housekeeping is done perfectly. Enforce GMP Compliance and SHEQ. Ensure that all products are stacked correctly at the warehouse. maximize the use of forklifts. Keeping warehouse and production needs in balance

Knowledge, Expertise, and Education

• A degree in materials management, procurement and supply management, or a related field should be required of the incumbent. at least three years of warehouse experience, with two of those years spent in a supervisory capacity, preferably with FMCG. Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous. Ability to think critically and solve problems, People Management, Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills, and Show High Integrity.
