- KASPA Technologies ltd is a supplier of office and security equipment. We also do sourcing and importing. The office is looking for a competent candidate to fill the position of sales and marketing officers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
✓ Find ways to sell products to meet target negotiated
✓ Recruit and trains other sales people in the art of selling
✓ Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise product awareness
✓ Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of
media (social, print etc.)
✓ Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
✓ Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
✓ Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
✓ Prepare content for the publication of marketing material
✓ To ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by
management
✓ Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports regarding sales and marketing

QUALIFICATIONS:-
✓ Advanced Secondary School Education (Form Six) with diploma in marketing, sales
or related field
✓ Strong communication and networking skills
✓ Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
✓ A team player with a customer-oriented approach
✓ Strong digital marketing skills
✓ Creativity and commercial awareness
✓ Proficiency with computer programs, such as word, excel and PowerPoint
✓ Proven 1year experiences as marketing officer, sales officer or similar role
✓ Must have a valid car driving license (compulsory)
✓ Age must be below 30yrs
