Field Surveyor Objectives: -
- The ideal candidate for Field Surveyor position will be responsible, among others, for calculating land boundaries in several locations and creating maps and reports of survey results to ensure the Projects are delivered on time as will be assigned.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under the guidance of the Surveying Engineer, carry out earthwork collection and measurement and staking operations on the Construction Site,
- Cooperate with the Survey team to carry out the line control point Survey operations,
- Perform basic maintenance and maintenance of measuring instruments,
- Report on Survey results and present findings to other parties as shall be required,
- Perform any other related duties s shall be assigned by the immediate/direct supervisor from time to time.

MAIN POSITION’S REQUIREMENTS:
- · Must possess Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field from a recognised Higher Learning Institution/University,
- · Possesses preliminary survey knowledge, and can operate GPS, Total Station, level and Other Surveying instruments easily,
- · Healthy and hardworking,
- · Proven ability to adapt to measurement work in field conditions,
- · Possession of relevant work experience in measurement is an additional advantage,
- · Good knowledge of English for communication is preferred.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND BEHAVIORAL REQUIRED:
(i) Must be honest, trustful and a reliable good team player,
(ii) Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision,
(iii) Must be proactive and disciplined approach to work,
(iv) Flexible and willing for overtime works,
(v) Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic work environment,
