- We are looking for an IT Executive who will oversee all IT related activities within the group companies in Tanzania. He/she will be reporting to the IT Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Technical
IT Executive at Wananchi Group Tanzania Limited
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT related field with 1 -year experience.
- A fast learner with integrity who is committed, can work under high pressure environment and possess organization planning skills.
Key Roles:
- Timely Resolution of all service desk requests.
- System and end user management, support and troubleshooting.
- System administration as well as business application installation and support.
- Responsible for TT inventory and hardware preventative maintenance and repairs.
- LAN & WAN management, troubleshooting, optimization and security
