Post Title: Senior Manager, Monitoring Evaluation & Learning
- The Senior Manager, Monitoring Evaluation & Learning is responsible for the development and implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems that support program activities. The SMMEL is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will develop and update the MEL strategy and framework for excellent program monitoring and evaluation. The SMMEL is responsible for effective program data management that includes the digital collection, cleaning, archiving, analysing, and reporting. The SMMEL is responsible for strengthening collection, interpretation and data utilization capacity of the project teams and partners.
