Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) is seeking highly qualified and motivated Tanzanians to join its expanding network as Cabin Crew II. Position: Cabin Crew II (90 Posts)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Form IV Certificate with Four Credit passes including one in English
• Ab-Initio Certificate from a recognized aviation institution and Cabin Crew License from the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA)
• Fluency in English and Swahili
• No visible tattoos while in uniform
• Minimum height of 160cm and arm reach of 212cm while standing
• Physically fit with a healthy Body Mass Index
• Knowledge of an extra international language is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Ensure passenger safety and security during all phases of the flight
• Inform passengers on emergency, safety, and security procedures
• Ensure cabin safety and security under the overall authority and responsibility of the Pilot-in-Command
• Attend pre-flight and post-flight briefings as required
• Conduct cabin security checks and report any deficiencies to the Flight Purser/In-charge cabin crew
• Ensure passengers comply with safety and security instructions in-flight
• Facilitate communication between passengers and the flight crew
• Provide comfort and excellent service to customers
• Report any incidents that endanger or may endanger flight safety to the Senior Cabin Crew and Flight Purser
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures for safety and security
• Deliver world-class passenger service and assist in on-time performance

Terms & Conditions:

• 5-year contract with attractive remuneration and fringe benefits as per ATCL Salary Structure and Incentive Scheme
