Vacancies: Senior Human Resources Business Partner & Audiovisual Technician II (Africa Region)

Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and acting as a consistent witness for Him.
- Advising on human resource programs and policies such as performance management, compensation, benefits, etc.
- Leading human resource projects for multiple countries and coaching other partners and staff.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and addressing employee or stakeholder concerns.
- Developing programs to improve employee engagement and analyzing metrics.
- Coaching and providing expertise to other professionals in the human resources discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years heading a HR function.
Certification from a nationally or internationally recognized organization.

Job Title: Audiovisual Technician II (Africa Region)
Location: Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Togo, Malawi and Uganda
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and acting as a consistent witness for Him.
- Providing technical support for audiovisual presentations and events for the Africa region.
- Coaching other technicians as needed.
Requirements:
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
