Principal Elements And Accountabilities
Accountable for processing all administrative requirements in the HR team including but not limited to, on boarding, staff movements, off boarding, contracts, filing and updating/maintaining employee data electronically within the business & information security requirements and legislation e.g. POPI, GDPR.
DELIVERABLES
- Management of Ask HR
- Responding to employee queries or assigning to relevant team member timeously
- Updating employee details on Sage timeously and accurately
- Drafting of employee letters e.g. Confirmation of employment, VISA letters
- Timeous and accurate filing of all employee & HR data
- Updating organisation charts
- Assisting in conducting regular internal HR audits to ensure compliance
- Assisting with background screening
- Drafting employee contracts/offers
- On-boarding and off-boarding of employees on internal systems, external benefit providers
- Assisting with the successful roll out of all HR initiatives and projects
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the business
- End to end document management
- Ensure feedback into the HR colleagues as required
Qualifications And Experience
- Relevant HR degree
- Experience of HRIS
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience in a similar position
- Experience in a shared Services environment
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
