Senior Manager of Private Banking

Responsibilities

  • By promoting Personal banking products and services, you can increase the unit's revenue and develop the Private banking customer base.
  • establishing a point of contact between the bank and both current and potential clients in order to maintain positive customer relations and satisfy client needs within the framework of the bank's strategic objectives.
  • Credit evaluations and recommendations for current and potential customers under the various loan products are prepared, submitted within the designated turnaround time to the proper final approval authority.
  • overseeing the operation of the Private Banking Center and the administration of allocated customers' relationships.
  • Making sure that revenue grows through finding new needs, cross-selling products, and re-engineering.
  • Conduct a preliminary interview with a potential client while remaining knowledgeable of the relevant client documentation.
  • You can boost the unit's earnings and expand the customer base for Private banking by promoting Personal banking goods and services.
  • creating a point of contact between the bank and both present and prospective customers in order to maintain good customer relations and meet customer demands within the parameters of the bank's strategic goals.
  • Credit assessments and recommendations for current and potential customers under the various loan products are developed and sent to the appropriate final approval authority within the allotted turnaround time.
  • monitoring the management of assigned customers' relationships and the functioning of the Private Banking Center.
  • identifying new demands, cross-selling items, and re-engineering to increase income.
  • While maintaining familiarity with the pertinent client, do a preliminary interview with a potential client. documentation..

Knowledge and Experience

  • University Degree – 2nd Upper Division or equivalent
  • At least 3 years successful experience in banking or customer relations, 2 of which should be in a Sales role.
  • Certificate of Proficiency in insurance (COP) highly desirable. Successful candidates without COP
  • Qualifications will be required to sit and pass proficiency exam before confirmation on the role.
  • Practical experience in use of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Knowledge of Personal Banking products
  • Knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks
