Language, education, and knowledge
- Graduate degree in a topic that is relevant, such as sociology, gender studies, gender and development, gender and education, or development studies
- English proficiency, both spoken and written
- It would be advantageous to know Swahili and other regional languages.
- knowledge of capacity building
- knowledge of extensive worldwide development projects
- knowledge of stakeholder engagement at all levels, including government
