SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER II - CARGO (4 POSTS)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY

possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in marketing, air transport management, business administration, or a related discipline, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
An added benefit is having a certificate for air ticketing, air cargo, dangerous goods, and ground handling.
must be familiar with computers.

THE DUTY AND THE RESPONSIBILITY

Manage the acceptance of courier goods, perishables, and caskets.
Details of the invoice should be sent to the finance department.
Accepted shipments all have manifests.
oversight and management of flight operations.
to make sure that unit load devices (ULDs) are handled and stored properly during ground handling and transit in order to prevent damage.
Any incident involving ULDs or another occurrence that could jeopardize flight safety is reported.
examining import and export paperwork.
tracking for lost packages and informing customers on the results.
tracking shipping information, such as weight, cargo, and travel time.
Charges are itemized, freight invoices are created, payments are accepted, and refunds are given.
Create a report on the sales performance.
Carry out any other formal tasks that your manager may designate.
Five (5) year contract with competitive pay and perks in accordance with ATCL's salary structure and incentive program.
