• Human Resources Officer II Position (1 POST)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY

• the following fields: public administration, human resources management, human resources planning and management,Manpower Planning, Industrial Relations, Business Administration/Commerce with a Human Resources Management concentration, or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution, whichever is higher.

THE DUTY AND THE RESPONSIBILITY

• help with employee concerns such as internal transfers and promotions, confirmation of promotions, and recruitment;
• helping to prepare orientation and induction programs;
• assist in gathering and updating the personal information of employees;
• helping to prepare performance reports;
• aid in the creation of the training needs assessment;
• aid in the interpretation of the staff regulations, the service plan, and numerous employee-related Acts;
• assist in keeping track of daily staff attendance and make suggestions for resolving persistent attendance issues;
• taking part in a range of disciplinary and professional development issues involving employees;
• Prepare the staff leave roster; carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Conditions and terms:

• Five (5) year contract with competitive pay and perks in accordance with ATCL's salary structure and incentive program.

• at least two credible referees' names and addresses;
