Position Description

Manager as line of reporting; Technical Implementation

Location: The headquarters

Career Summary

  • In accordance with the products and solutions that have been agreed upon with the clients, the business implementation of sales solutions to clients, including Government, Corporate, Institutions, and other business segments, is responsible for receivables, payables, trade finance, and liquidity management solutions.

Principal duties:

  • As per sales/agreements, implement solutions for clients.
  • To ensure the viability of solutions, conduct post-implementation evaluations.
  • Make sure that pricing are applied to each sale or client agreement to prevent revenue leakage.
  • Increase the use of digital channels to attract new and existing clients.
  • Discussing consumer demands while gathering data and suggestions on Bank services and products.
  • Conduct customer and staff education and training regarding the new systems and solutions that will be used.
  • Visit clients and branches frequently to ask for new business in an effort to grow the volume of transactions and client retention.
  • Participate in developing and putting into practice the plan for the expansion of transactional digital businesses.
  • Assist in planning and executing client marketing and sales initiatives for digital transactional offerings/products.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with influential figures in the management of potential clients.
  • Ensure that the necessary documentation has been completed by following up with potential customers.
  • Cooperate with operations to ensure quick transaction processing to deliver improved customer service by reducing disputes and complaints.
  • Work along with various different departments and/or units, such as Information and communications technology, corporate banking, finance, compliance, marketing, and customer experience
  • Reviewing implemented solutions on a regular basis to find gaps and recommend fixes
  • Make sure all transactional business activities adhere to internal and external guidelines.
  • Reviewing customer satisfaction surveys, offering suggestions, and responding to complaints from customers.

Requirements for Experience, Knowledge, and Skill

A credible university's bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a similar discipline.

a minimum of three years' experience implementing commercial sales solutions for clients.
