Position Description
Senior Manager reporting to: Transactional Banking

Location: The headquarters

Career Summary

  • Responsible for business expansion and sales of digital solutions to clients in the receivables products/transactional companies sectors, including government, corporate, institutions, and other business segments. In order to ensure sustained growth of transactional banking income, develop and implement a transactional banking strategy that focuses on encouraging digital use and recognizing opportunities.

Principal duties:

  • To increase non-funded income, purchase businesses that engage in digital transactions.
  • Increase the use of digital channels to attract new and existing clients.
  • Discussing consumer demands while gathering data and suggestions on Bank services and products.
  • Visit clients and branches frequently to ask for new business in an effort to grow the volume of transactions and client retention.
  • Take part in developing and putting into practice the growth plan for transactional digital businesses.
  • Assist in planning and executing client marketing and sales initiatives for digital transactional offerings/products.
  • Participate in the structuring and packaging of transactional digital products and programs to satisfy the needs of individual clients.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with influential figures in the management of potential clients.
  • Ensure that the necessary documentation has been completed by following up with potential customers.
  • Cooperate with operations to ensure quick transaction processing to deliver improved customer service by reducing disputes and complaints.
  • During the assessment and due diligence process, communicate with the credit team and business analysts and offer assistance as needed.
  • Work along with various different departments and/or units, such as Corporate banking, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Experience
  • reviewing digital platforms frequently to find gaps
  • Make sure all transactional business activities adhere to internal and external guidelines.

Requirements for Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

  • 3 years minimum of experience in marketing the use of transactional banking products online.
  • A credible university's bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a similar discipline.
