- East Africa Breweries Limited (EABL), the main business unit in Diageo Africa and the largest listed Company on the NSE in Kenya, is a subsidiary of Serengeti Breweries Limited (SBL), a fully integrated beverage business in Diageo Africa (supply and demand for beer and spirits). SBL, the second-largest beer firm with a market share of about 25%, only conducts business in Tanzania.
- Serengeti Breweries Limited (SBL) was founded in 1988 under the name Associated Breweries Limited. In 2002, the company changed its name to Serengeti Breweries Limited and began conducting business in Dar es Salaam in 1996. The business, which has three breweries spread across Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, and Moshi, was acquired by EABL in October 2010.

role's objective
- To oversee the formulation and implementation of Key Accounts' Business Plans, as well as Take Home Business Channels, Supermarkets & Convenient Stores, Petro-marts, Duty Free, Hotels, and Clubs, in order to meet agreed-upon goals for profits/NSV and brand expansion.
Major Responsibilities
- Creating business plans with key clients and key performance indicators, enhancing our RTM value chain, and striving to increase volume "Push and "Pull" among supermarkets and consumers.
- One portfolio method will be used to create and deliver stretching Off Trade business plans and the plan for their implementation.
- Develop activity plans for Key Accounts and identify new off-trade trends and insights.
- Create JUCPS and initiatives that match possibilities with brands.
- Make sure the workplace complies with the safety rules.
Qualifications and experience necessary
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum of experience
- must have prior sales experience
- knowledge about computers
- excellent understanding of English
- Must be a college graduate with a diploma or higher in math and analysis, ideally in business.
