Position Description
Financial Analyst

Place: Arusha

• The field collection activities and procedures for our Sun King EasyBuy goods will be overseen by the Country Credit Analyst. They will offer suggestions and advise on how to boost client payments and contentment while making sure that the company's offer meets end-user expectations. The role will be based in the area, and 80–90% of the time will be spent on tasks relating to the field, interacting with customers and field agents.

What is anticipated of you

• Collaborate with the credit manager for your nation to create techniques for enhancing the current procedures.
• Improve existing procedures and regulations to reduce operational risks.
• exposition of concepts through reports and presentations, including a summary of findings and suggestions for improvement.
• Help the credit manager put audit recommendations into practice.
• Conduct routine spot checks on procedures, and then report your findings and advice for any risks you uncover.
• Investigate cases of fraud and provide suggestions (including data collection and interviewing claimants).
• By gathering data and interacting with clients, you can identify and categorize potential default risk.
• field reports, data collection, documentation, and information gathering.
• Identification of red flags and prompt reporting of the same

Should any of the following apply to you:

• You hold a university degree in actuarial science, banking, finance, statistics, economics, or a related field.
• You have at least two years of experience, ideally in the department of audit, risk, credit, and analytics.
• You have excellent analytical abilities, excellent attention to detail, and superior Excel abilities.
• You can gather information and spot fraud.
• You can work with business partners in a variety of roles, including risk, technology, and product management, among others, effectively.
• You communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• You feel at ease undertaking monthly cross-country fieldwork while collaborating with the operations and salesforce.
