Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage and make sure that the company's expansion in terms of sales and clientele base is met and goes beyond the goals that have been set.
- Manage the company's key account portfolio of current and prospective customers to make sure that the CRM program is used to create and maintain good customer relationships, retainer-ship, and guarantee repeat business with customers.
- increase company brand visibility through various PR and advertising campaigns.
- Create bid documents and sales proposals for clients.
- For all sales-related issues, closely collaborate with the Head of Sales and Commercial.
- provide regular guidance on the evolving IT market trends and broaden the company's product and service offerings as a result.
- To facilitate decision-making, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the various duties allocated.
- a business administration or marketing degree from university and at least two years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of various Internet connectivity difficulties and fixes is required.
- Must be well-versed on problems and products related to IT.
- ability to achieve goals in terms of sales.
- good mastery of the English and Swahili languages, both orally and in writing
- Creative, gregarious, fast to pick things up, and a team player
- strong report writing abilities
