Position Description
Role objectives:
- With the assistance of an outside Contract Sales Force, the M-PESA Float Manager will be in charge of meeting M-PESA income targets through efficient management of float distribution to the M-PESA agent network.
- In addition to planning for business expansion through current and future channels, the M-PESA float manager will oversee channel and partner productivity in order to support the attainment of overall M-Pesa Ltd goals.
- To achieve the set goals, the manager will oversee a team of employees that consists of both internal and indirect channel staff.
- To enable prompt response to any scenario that affects M-Pesa distribution or M-Pesa services, the manager will make activities conducted in this capacity visible in both operational and performance areas.
Major responsibilities
- By facilitating transactions related to agents, revenue is generated for the M-PESA products.
- Design, develop, run, and oversee agent productivity and loyalty programs.
- Control float distribution channels to guarantee M-Pesa ecosystems run smoothly.
- Control the channels' KPIs for sales performance. Set sales goals and a process for performance evaluation.
- Establish a strong management and engagement procedure for your trade partners.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
