JOB OBJECTIVE
- You are in charge of achieving the revenue budget, creating new products, managing your portfolio, setting prices, segmenting your market, and providing business analytics for the tigo pesa corporate business choices.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reach the yearly revenue objective allotted for collecting from business organizations.
- Plan specific measures to collect or distribute their contributions using the tigo pesa platform during meetings with various business organizations.
- Develop strategies to increase awareness and guarantee seamless transactions for all associated business organizations
- Analyze the associated business entities' revenues and operating expenses.
- oversee corporate product development and portfolio management
- Control the timing of the introduction of new goods and platform integrations for Tigo Pesa
- Review and offer suggestions for the creation of proposals and business cases for contemporary advancements in MFS
- Create, create, and launch fresh goods geared for business clientele.
- Budget management is necessary to produce new items, product improvements, and functionalities.
- Engage in business endeavors focused towards boosting tigo pesa revenue
- Create and maintain strategic collaborations and alliances with important stakeholders in order to launch new goods.
- Ensure that all corporate business transactions comply with all legal, banking, and regulatory standards.
- Create operational and business analysis reports as needed and per requirements.

EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- degree from a university, especially in business administration, engineering, marketing, or product management.
- An extra benefit is having an MBA or master's degree, preferably in marketing.
- senior marketing and management experience, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- basic understanding of topics connected to marketing, including advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and market research.
- It is necessary to have at least 4+ years of marketing, brand, business, or franchise management experience.
- excellent analytical abilities and solid financial knowledge.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the capacity to engage in effective and convincing negotiations.
