Important Responsibilities
- Reach profitability goals through maximizing sales and exercising careful cost control.
- To meet business objectives, expand and keep an eye on the liability and asset portfolios of the branch.
- Through high levels of customer satisfaction and cross-selling, increase the customer base and ensure the retention of current clients.
- Branch management on a whole through resource management that is effective.
- delivering superior customer service by upholding high service standards.
- Make that the enterprise-wide risk management framework is followed.
- Develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
Each day's obligations:
- Facilitate staff briefs to advance the day's business (Morning Briefs, SSP, Branch meetings).
- Examine reports (Force pay, Suspense accounts, Trial Balance, Accounts opened and closed).
- Evaluation and recommendations of credit.
- customer visits to businesses,
- Providing for customer needs and customer service.
- Review and address client complaints.
- administrative personnel.
Business prerequisite:
- Credit Experience in Sales - PB/BB/RB or Sales Manager
- Cash, Clearing, Accounts, and Administration in Banking
- Service to Clients/Relationship Management
Minimum requirements and qualifications for the position:
- or a comparable degree in banking or finance
- Professional Experience ACCA, NBAA, and CPA (T)
- A Master's Degree is Added Perk
- a minimum of six years of relevant experience
